Terms of Use
1. Service Description
Picment ("we", "our", "us") provides an AI-powered featured image generation service for WordPress through the Picment AI Featured Image Generator plugin. The service calls OpenAI's DALL-E 3 API on your behalf using our API key for trial and paid plan users.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to generate images that are illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that violate OpenAI's usage policies. We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse.
3. Account and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Data We Process
When you use the service we receive: your site's URL, a random anonymous install ID, and the post title/content excerpt used to generate each image. We do not store generated images — they are delivered directly to your WordPress site.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
